Pricing
Your Free Consultation
One of our primary goals at Wall Studios is to create a pricing structure with no surprises that also works on a non-profit's budget. We offer a consultation and setup of Google Workspace for Non-Profits as a free service for verified non-profits, as we believe that this is a great first step for all organizations to begin moving towards independence from expensive and segregated third parties. This allows for free enterprise email and cloud storage for an unlimited number of staff members; a vital resource.
Ongoing Support
When your organization is ready for ongoing support, we prefer to keep our pricing simple, straightforward, and affordable. Rather than being project based, Wall Studios has the goal of embedding itself into your organization and functioning as if you had us as an ongoing- on-staff team member. We provide a baseline of five hours of support per week. This method drives drown pricing, gives us the ability to align with your long term visions, and ensures you have support when needed. Please see our three options below. In the spirit on transparency, we have included information about the pricing of each tier.
Annual Contract
$12,000 per year. Billed Monthly.
This allows us to best serve you, and also allows us to predict and align with your needs long term. We can make long term, year to year goals, and make sure your organization is reflecting your vision. This pricing is the best balance Wall Studios has found between affordable pricing, required hours, and necessary revenue to allow continued support.
Month to Month
$1,100 per month.
This provides the same support as the annual contract, but is intended for organizations that may not be able to secure grants or funding for an annual contract. The additional $100/month helps insulate Wall Studios from schedule and revenue variability.
Hourly Billing
$60 per hour.
Hourly billing can be used when redistributing an unused grant or short term support is needed. This hourly billing is also used for project work or for overtime after the available hours on the monthly or annual contracts have been utilized. We do not recommend hourly billing for long term support.
